London to Paris Cycle

Take on one of Europe’s most iconic cycling challenges and ride from London to Paris in an unforgettable journey! This 5-day, 311-mile challenge will test your endurance and determination as you pedal from the heart of the UK to the streets of the French capital – all while raising vital funds for My WiSH Charity to support patient care at West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.

The challenge

Day 1 – Depart London and ride through the picturesque English countryside to Dover, before crossing the Channel into France.
Day 2 & 3 – Cycle through the rolling landscapes of Northern France, passing historic World War memorials and stunning rural scenery.
Day 4 – The final stretch takes you through the outskirts of Paris, culminating in an exhilarating ride along the Champs-Élysées and past the Arc de Triomphe, before finishing at the iconic Eiffel Tower!
Day 5 – Enjoy a day in Paris before returning home.

What’s included in the challenge?

• One way ferry crossing from Dover to Calais
• One way Eurostar ticket from Paris to London
• 4 nights hotel accommodation, all hotels will be on a twin share, private bathroom basis. Please note hotels in Europe are different to hotels we may be used to in the UK, they will have a local rating of 3 – 4 stars.
• All meals including celebratory dinner, starting with lunch on day 1 through to breakfast on day 5, with the exception of dinner on day 1
• Refreshment stops including water, fruit and a variety of snacks/energy bars/cereal bars every 15-20 miles cycled approx.
• Back up and support vehicles
• Route markers or cycle guides
• Other professional Global Adventure Challenges Event Crew including experienced Event Manager responsible for the delivery of the challenge.
• Mechanic vehicle support. Basic spare bike parts will be taken.
• Comprehensive first aid / medical kits
• A route guide for each participant
• GAC 24 hour emergency on call team

• Challenge medal and certificate of thanks from My WiSH Charity
