We will ensure that any gifts made for a specific ward; department or fund will of course be used for the purpose specified in the will.
Paying a gift
Please send cheques payable to “My WiSH Charity” and send to My WiSH Charity, West Suffolk Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Hardwick Lane, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 2QZ. If you would prefer to make payment by other means, please contact us on 01284 712952 or email legacy@wsh.nhs.uk
It would really help us if you could please include the following information:
- Full name of the deceased
- Their last address
- The date of death
- The executor’s name and contact details
- A copy of the Will or the relevant section
- Any information you have about the reason for the legacy
