National Three Peaks Challenge

Take on the ultimate challenge – The National Three Peaks!

Are you ready to push yourself to the limit and take on the UK’s most iconic trekking challenge? The National Three Peaks Challenge is the ultimate test of endurance, as you climb the highest peaks in Scotland, England, and Wales – all in one incredible adventure!

Over the course of three days, you’ll trek approximately 22 miles, ascending a total of 3,050 meters (9,500 feet) as you conquer:
🏔️ Ben Nevis (1,345m) – Scotland’s highest peak
⛰️ Scafell Pike (978m) – England’s highest mountain, climbed at night
🌄 Yr Wyddfa/Snowdon (1,085m) – The final challenge in Wales

With a target trekking time of 15 hours or less, this is a fast-paced and demanding challenge – but with determination and team spirit, you’ll experience an unforgettable sense of achievement while raising funds for My WiSH Charity to support patient care at West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.

What’s included in this challenge?

• All travel is in private buses – pick up from Glasgow or Manchester, travel in between mountains and drop off in Chester or Manchester One night in hostel accommodation (same sex dormitories)
• Meals – dinner in Fort William Day 1, breakfast at accommodation at Fort William Day 2, lunch in Llanberis Day 3
• Complimentary energy bars, fruit, tea and coffee (and drinking water) at the foot of each mountain
• Global Adventure Challenges Mountain Leaders – there will be a minimum of one leader for every 12 walking participants and an extra crew member will also support the group at the foot of each mountain in a vehicle
• Global Adventure Challenges medical kit for the group
• Radio Communication between Global Adventure Challenge Leaders
• Challenge medal and certificate of thanks from My WiSH Charity
• GAC 24ihour emergency on call team
• A route guide for each participant
• Personalised My WiSH dri-fit training top
